Being Reseacher in Thailand - Research Ecosystem Good?

 เอาเก็บไว้ก่อน เพื่อดูว่ามีความเปลี่ยนแปลงไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นไหม เพราะมีแต่แย่ลง ๆ เท่าที่ติดตามมา ความสุขในการทำงานก็น้อยลงเรื่อย ๆ และการทำงานก็ไม่ครบลูปต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ เพราะทำงานกันแยกส่วน และระบบนิเวศวิจัยก็ไม่ได้ทำให้มีการบูรณาการที่ดี ผู้บริหารมาแล้วก็ไป ไม่มีวิสัยทัศน์ระยะยาว และข้อมูลก็ไม่แชร์กัน คนทำนโยบายก็ไม่ได้มีประสบการณ์หน้างาน
