5 Steps of Maslow's hierarchy เคยได้ยินจากเพื่อน ก็เลยไปลองหาอ่านดู กลับกลายเป็นว่า ในที่ทำงานบางแห่ง เอามาใช้ในการบริหารงาน เพื่อดึงศักยภาพของพนักงานให้ได้ออกมาให้มากที่สุด และเพื่อให้องค์กรได้ประโยชน์มากที่สุด 1. Physiological needs -- อยู่ดี กินอิ่ม นอนหลับ มีรายได้พอเพียงในการเลี้ยงตัวเอง 2. Safety and security -- ความมั่นคงในการทำงาน ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในชีวิต ความมั่นคงทางอารมย์ อยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีและเอื้อต่อการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างปลอดภัย 3. Love and belonging -- มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเพื่อร่วมงาน เพื่อนรอบข้าง และครอบครัว 4. Esteem -- มีความรู้สึกมั่นใจ และได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้คน มีความรู้สึกประสบความสำเร็จ มีความโดดเด่น 5. Self-actualization -- การตระหนักรับรู้ถึงศักยภาพที่มีอยู่ภายใน ที่ต้องการจะไปให้ถึงเป้าหมาย มี driving force จากภายในที่จะไปยังเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้แล้ว ถ้าผู้บริหาร หรือหัวหน้าท่านใดสามารถทำสิ่งเหล่านี้ให้เกิดได้ในทีม จะส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของทีมเป็นที่แน่นอน และถ้าผู้นำประเทศสามารถสร้าง infrastructure เหล่านี้ให้เกิดขึ้นได้ ประเทศคงพัฒนาไปได้ไกลเลยที
