สรุป -- สำหรับ อ./นักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ speed ในการทำงาน acadmic ถูกกระทบจาก การจัดการ (เช่น เรื่องเอกสารต่าง ๆ) และ ระบบสนับสนุนต่าง ๆ (เช่น ค่าตีพิมพ์ เครื่องมือ และ manpower) --    1. มหาวิทยาลัยใช้ ranking เพื่อเอามาเป็นไม้บรรรทัดวัดตัวเอง 2. การที่จะได้อันดับสูงขึ้น citation มีความสำคัญมากกว่าจำนวนการตีพิมพ์ และ impact มีผลมากกว่าจำนวนการตีพิมพ์ 3. ยิ่งตีพิมพ์ใน Q1 จะทำให้ได้ จน. การอ้างอิงค่อนข้างเยอะ และถ้าต้องการบูสเพิ่มไปอีก คือ ต้องอยู่ใน T1 ของ Q1 4.
