Obese เป็นสาเหตุของการเกิดโรคหลาย ๆ อย่าง เช่น เบาหวาน ความดัน อัลซัลเมอร์ โรคเกี่ยวกับหลอดเลือดและหัวใจ ซึ่งโรคต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ส่งผลต่อสภาวะทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ 4.คณะมีความพยายามจะแก้ปัญหาตรงนี้ ทั้งกับพนักงานเอง และผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการ 5. การอ่านวิจัย RCT (Randomized Controlled Trial) ต้องอ่านอย่างระมัดระวัง และต้องด

I borrowed this book from the Institute for Population and Social Research - Mahidol University library. It was a recommended book by one of the lecturer from the same institution. It was a great book with a holistic approach to prevent the brain malfunction. Dementia is the condition which people tends to forget thing and it could reach to the point where the persons cannot take care of themselves. I need to put the references used in this books in order to make sure whether those evidences are still valid. Note: The aging brain from Tassanee Lerksuthirat
