อ่านดูแล้วสำหรับสายวิทย์คือ การจ้าง postdoc ดูแล้วไม่ค่อย sustainable เท่าไหร่ เพราะเป็นการจ้างคนประเดี๋ยวประด่าวให้เสร็จ 1 งาน แต่หลังจากนั้นจะสร้างอาชีพให้ตัวเองได้หรือเปล่าก็ต้องไปดู infrastructure ว่าจะมี environment ที่เหมาะสมต่อการมีงานทำต่อหรือเปล่า สามารถเอาการเทรนนิ่งมาทำมาหากินในตลาดปัจจุบันได้ไหม มีตลาดรองรับหรือเปล่า
