There should be a non-degree curriculum which should not take for longer than one year.


They mentioned that university council is the key factor to this transformation.

Compared to countries which have their own innovation like in South Korea which the government invested more budget on R&D.

They mentioned that the university should build the prototype and the private sector should commercialize afterward. The university should receive the research’s questions from the private sector and perform the research from that point.


EEC is developed according to Stanford University’s model by which the university does the research to answer the industry's obstacles. However, the process is stuck by Thai’s law because each law seems to ease governmental officer work but lacks a bird-eye view to facilitate the process of transformation.
