MCC เป็นค่าที่บ่งบอกถึง performance ของ machine learning เป็นค่าที่คิดโดยนักชีวเคมี ชื่อ Brain W. Matthews 


  • ใช้สำหรับ categorical data


CV -- normally not more than 10

MCC > 0.5 is good

After we receive the model we determine MCC between

Training vs testing

Training vs CV

If the difference is less than 0.2 is good
