Afternoon session
Nutritional deficiency;

Vit D - food is important, the symptom is like the immune disorder or it can be the infection, but actually it came for vit D deficiency. The behavior can affect the lack of vit D, like eat less bc of fatphobia or even the benzoic acid affect the vit D absorption that affects the health.
Thailand has tons of food but ppl don't eat properly.

He would like to get the molecular signature which can serve the physician to get the right drugs (available drugs)
For the transcriptomic;
It has been believed that the molecular profiles would be similar to the hcc and pancreatic carcinoma.
What he showed here that each cell line showed diverse kind of drug responses. He tried to categorize the drug response that can be related to the cell line subtypes.
Drug hypersensitivity;
Adverse drug reaction;
There are two criteria that can be used for classification; but in this session focus only one
Rawlings and Thompson classification, more well-known, divide to a and b, each has different characteristic for example, type a - dose dependent....

Require good database to get the data
So it sounds to me that testing the drugs on the skin can reduce the severity of adr in patients when those patients need to use those kinds of drugs

Expertise and sometimes the other factors
Routine test in Chula, they have routinely skin tests (in vivo, risk vs benefit - judgment)
Focusing on the SCARs - severe reaction at the skin; there is the trial in Thailand that try to collect the data on the adverse reaction, like collecting the blood, isolated pbmc and link with the report of SCARs registry. What they do is using the cytokine profiles of pbmc patients with the tested drugs. It is the immune response drug allergic testing - using the elisa spot testing
