I would say it was a great workshop, and I have learned a fruitful discussion along the way.

We need partners that we can trust and vice versa.

Formula of trust = intimacy+accoutability+creditability+realiability/self-interest

ง่าย ๆ คือ ความไว้ใจ แชร์ข้อมูล และความน่าเชื่อถือ แต่ไม่ใช่เพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนตัว

Money comes every year but requires a successful commitment. She needs to develop a plan to make it successful.

The global partnership got the highest score from the evaluation.

อย่ามาเพราะว่าแค่ได้บินไป abroad แต่คือต้องการคนที่มาสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลง

Radar screen - publication and h-index, citation ถ้าผลงานไม่ดี ก็ต้องไป joint research with the larger group to be in the radar first and prove you are reliable.

Trust takes time; if one talks about public sake, that means this person cares about others,

ทุนจะไปทาง commision target

Global league - จะเป็นการพัฒนากำลังคนให้อยู่ในระดับ international ได้

เราต้องเป็น mutual benefit and Thai leader should become the leader, thus there will be a higher potential to get the funding.

ให้ทำงานด้วย spirit ทำด้วยใจมันจะยั่งยืนกว่า

Granter จะมีปัญหาเรื่อง geopolitics เยอะ เพราะเขาจะมองหาผลประโยชน์ที่ได้

อ.ยศ คิดว่าการตีพิมพ์ทำให้เขาได้เผยแพร่ผลงาน และเป็นที่รู้จักในสังคมวงกว้าง และจะเป็นจุดที่ทำให้ได้รับการติดต่อ แต่ อ.บอกว่าที่ทำงาน ไม่ได้นับการตีพิมพ์เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการโปรโมตตำแหน่ง
