Learning how to be empathy not sympathy

- Some of the students I've seen do not have a clear reason for pursuing graduate studies. Some said they want to kill time and the jobs are very hard to find. Some are asked by their parents to pursue graduate studies without knowing what to do next afterward. The ecosystem to support a life science career path in Thailand is not that great, and it seems like supply and demand are not correlated. Job security is uncertain these days. This increases the prevalence of psychological illnesses.
