I really like this video, below is the short reminded note for myself and happy to share with others. I want to start off with a few questions: 1. Are you having a good day/bad day? 2. Why you are having a good day/bad day? 3. Tmr, would you rather have a good day or bad day? or the day after tomorrow? or other days? When we have a good day, it will make us happy. Of course, we want to be happy everyday. Whether or not, we have a good day or bad day, it really depends upon how we answer the second question. Why am I having a good/bad day? Geshe Kelsang Gyatso ( Zen teacher) said that much of the time, our mind is just like a balloon in the wind, blown here and there by external circumstances. Do you know that feeling? If things go with our ways - then we feel happy, if not, like we are forced to work with someone who we dislike, the happiness will be blown away. As long as our reasons for why we are having a good day are listed as external condition,
