I really like this video, below is the short reminded note for myself and happy to share with others. I want to start off with a few questions: 1. Are you having a good day/bad day? 2. Why you are having a good day/bad day? 3. Tmr, would you rather have a good day or bad day? or the day after tomorrow? or other days? When we have a good day, it will make us happy. Of course, we want to be happy everyday. Whether or not, we have a good day or bad day, it really depends upon how we answer the second question. Why am I having a good/bad day? Geshe Kelsang Gyatso ( Zen teacher) said that much of the time, our mind is just like a balloon in the wind, blown here and there by external circumstances. Do you know that feeling? If things go with our ways - then we feel happy, if not, like we are forced to work with someone who we dislike, the happiness will be blown away.
