Installing Ubuntu on VirtualBox

if there is the error message like this;

You have to enable the Virtual Technology
For the lenovo user -- > entering the bios setup -- > press F1 while restarting the window
the VT is under the advanced tab
Then, turn on Hyper-V (tick both Hyper-V Management tools and  Hyper-V platform) in window features.
